A great new 'training' app or aid!(March 05, 2012)
Anyone who reads Cycling Weekly may have seen this but if not its well worth a look. 'Strava' is a site or app where you can log all your rides but the added bonus of this one is that it has 'segments'. These are set sections of road, a climb, a descent or a time trial route where if you incorporate any of these in a ride your time will be shown in a league table of best times!
Take a look at http://www.strava.com/ and register for free. I have set up a club, Mud, Sweat n Gears CC where we will be able to run virtual time trials and hill climbs.
